Junior Master Naturalist

On a cold, soggy Saturday morning, thirteen students joined their science teacher Keri Lindamood in a local park to earn the title of Junior Master Naturalist. Each of the volunteer sixth grade students completed research and volunteer hours. Their work culminated in a school day field trip where they taught a small group of MRCA fifth grade students as they led them through Conestee Nature Park. The sixth graders were excellent tour guides and the fifth graders had a great field trip experience.
