Stream Tables Photos

Instead of going to a stream and hoping for the right conditions that would allow them to see the affects of water over sand and clay, 6th graders in Keri Lindamood's science class brought the stream into the classroom. Using stream tables, the students worked in groups to re-create the affects of water and discover time differences as landforms were created by flowing water over sloped and flat areas of sand.
